Shared numbering

Each location receives its own log section with identical field layouts. When you move a copy, both sections receive the same dated entry describing direction of travel and carrier identity (initials only).

Witness rules

Joint re-sealing requires both parties present or a written affidavit pasted into both logs. We refuse to notarize content—we witness seals and signatures only.

Vault visits need appointment slips stapled beside log entries. Korean bank hours constrain weekend moves; plan entries mid-week when possible.

One branch updates its log while the other forgets for months. Quarterly refresh visits catch divergence before it becomes a family dispute.
