Rates & Estimate Guide

Pricing for tamper-evident backup audit logs, seal verification visits, and quarterly log refresh services in Cheongju, Korea.

Our fees reflect travel within Cheongju city limits. Visits to Osong, Boeun, or other Chungcheongbuk-do locations incur a mileage supplement quoted before confirmation.

Tamper-Evident Backup Audit Log

Starting at ₩380,000 for a single-location visit covering up to three sealed containers (paper envelopes, steel capsules, or fireproof box compartments).

Includes: bound A4 logbook (40 pages), pre-numbered tamper-evident tape, wax seal kit, photographic reference sheet, and two hours of on-site documentation.

Additional containers: ₩45,000 each. Second storage location same day: ₩120,000.

Seal Verification Session

₩150,000 per session (approximately 45 minutes).

For clients who already maintain a log and need a witness to confirm seals remain intact before travel or property handover. Includes updated log entry and fresh seal if the previous one was broken legitimately.

Quarterly Log Refresh

₩95,000 per quarter (minimum four quarters).

Scheduled revisit to add dated entries, re-check environmental notes, and replace worn tamper-evident tape. Suitable for clients who relocate backups seasonally or share custody among family members.

Estimate factors

Final quotes depend on:

  • Number of backup sets (paper vs steel require different handling time)
  • Accessibility of storage (bank vault appointment fees are client responsibility)
  • Urgency (same-week visits when calendar permits: +15%)
  • Language of logbook (Korean or English; bilingual pages +₩30,000)
