Who this is for
Individuals and families who store cryptocurrency seed phrases on paper cards, laminated sheets, or engraved steel plates and want a durable, tamper-evident record of where those materials live, who has accessed them, and what condition the seals are in.
What you receive
A hardbound A4 logbook with numbered pages, pre-printed fields for dates and witness initials, and adhesive pockets for seal photographs. We supply numbered tamper-evident tape and a small wax seal kit sized for envelope flaps and capsule lids.
Scope
Included:
- Inventory of up to three sealed containers at one address
- Photographs of each seal before and after handling
- Humidity and temperature notes for the storage area
- Written chain-of-custody template for future moves
- Brief instruction on adding entries yourself between visits
Excluded:
- Recovery of lost phrases or broken hardware
- Translation of phrase content (we never read seed words)
- Storage containers or fireproof boxes
- Bank vault rental fees
Process

- Binding — Pages are bound on-site; you keep the original. We retain no copies.

Timeline
Standard scheduling: 7–10 business days from deposit receipt. Same-week visits occasionally available.
Preparation
Gather all backup containers in one room if possible. Have any existing notes about prior moves ready. Ensure adequate lighting—we bring a portable lamp but desk space helps.
