Clients who relocate backups seasonally, share custody among relatives, or store materials in areas with significant humidity swings benefit from quarterly touchpoints. Each refresh adds new pages rather than altering historical entries—preserving a clear timeline.
Each visit includes
- Seal condition check against prior photographs
- New hygrometer reading if storage location changed seasons
- Replacement tamper-evident tape as needed
- Space for you to note any self-initiated access since last visit
