1. Acceptance

By accessing utilitybirchline.click or engaging Utility Birch Line for custody documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

Utility Birch Line provides on-site and scheduled documentation of physical cryptocurrency backup storage, including tamper-evident logbooks, seal verification, and quarterly refresh visits. We do not custody digital assets, seed phrase content, or cryptocurrency itself.

3. Appointments and deposits

Confirmed visits require a deposit as stated in your written quote. Remaining fees are due at the visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late cancellation may forfeit deposits per our Refund Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

You must be present for all handling of backup materials unless a written proxy authorization is agreed in advance. You are responsible for the accuracy of location and container information you provide. We document seals and containers only—we do not verify blockchain balances or wallet functionality.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original photography produced during visits remain our property unless otherwise assigned. Logbooks provided to clients become their property upon full payment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Republic of Korea law, Utility Birch Line is not liable for loss of cryptocurrency, seed phrases, or backup materials resulting from client handling, third-party access, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability for documented service errors is limited to fees paid for the affected visit.

7. Confidentiality

We do not record seed phrase words or private keys. Metadata about storage locations is discussed only with the client or authorized representatives present.

8. Website use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the website. Informational content is provided as described in our Not Financial Advice page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
